Hristina Runcheva

Prof. Dr. Hristina Runcheva is a legal scholar from the Faculty of Law 'Justinian I' in Skopje, known for her work on constitutional law in Macedonia. In her research, she has analyzed the significant changes brought about by the constitutional amendments of 2001, particularly Amendment 4, which she argues altered the national character of the Macedonian state by redefining the role of the Macedonian people and the status of national minorities.
