Hsu Chih-yu, also known as 'Orange', served as the personal secretary to former Taipei mayor Ko Wen-je from 2018 to 2022. She has recently been implicated in a corruption and bribery case involving Ko and was listed as a wanted fugitive by the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau after allegedly fleeing to Japan in late August 2022. Initially considered a witness, Hsu is now facing serious charges under the Anti-Corruption Act for her alleged involvement in the case, which includes accusations of receiving illegal funds from Ko.
