Hsu Jung-pin is the Director-General of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Agency (APHIA) in Taiwan. He is instrumental in the country's efforts to achieve recognition from the World Organisation for Animal Health (WOAH) as free from classical swine fever (CSF), which would allow Taiwan's pork to re-enter international markets.
