Hu Pengfei is the Director of the Operational Inspection Center for Huaneng New Energy Company in Dongying, where he oversees the maintenance of wind turbines at the Huaneng Hekou Wind Farm. Recently, he has tackled the challenges of upgrading aging wind turbines, implementing a domestically developed programmable logic controller (PLC) system to enhance performance and reduce downtime.
