Hua Liu

Hua Liu is the Deputy Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), where he plays a pivotal role in promoting the peaceful use of nuclear technology for development. Recently, he participated in the signing of Liberia's second Country Programme Framework, which aims to leverage nuclear science to support the nation's development goals from 2026 to 2030.
