Huang Chi

Huang Chi is a prominent political science professor at National Chengchi University in Taiwan and a founding member of the Conference Group on Taiwan Studies (CGOTS) under the American Political Science Association. He played a pivotal role in establishing CGOTS in 1992 to consolidate research efforts on Taiwan, which he found to be too scattered. Huang has witnessed the group's significant growth over the years and has been instrumental in increasing Taiwan's visibility in the global academic community.
