Huang Jiaxian

Huang Jiaxian is a community leader and the village chief of Long'en Li in the Sanxia District of Taiwan. He has been recognized for his dedication to environmental service and has previously been awarded the title of 'Model Father' for his contributions to the community. Recently, he expressed shock and concern over a tragic car accident involving a local driver, which resulted in three fatalities.
