Huang Tien-yang

Huang Tien-yang is the deputy director of the National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan, where he has been instrumental in implementing anti-fraud measures in response to the rising incidents of internet and telephone scams. Under his leadership, the NCC introduced a three-strike policy aimed at restricting high-risk users from accessing new telecom services, significantly enhancing collaboration between public and private sectors to combat telecom fraud.
