Huang Xuecong

Huang Xuecong is a Portuguese national and the chairman of the Hong Kong Independence Party. He completed his bachelor's degree in music in the UK and has worked as a project engineer as well as a music teacher in Hong Kong. He was involved in activities promoting the idea of Hong Kong's independence, which led to his arrest and conviction under the Hong Kong National Security Law for conspiracy to incite others to commit acts of secession.
