Hubert Charles

Hubert Charles is the Country Director for Welthungerhilfe (WHH) in Liberia, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing initiatives aimed at promoting food security and sustainable agricultural practices. With a strong focus on local production and economic empowerment, he emphasizes the importance of accountability and strong institutions in enhancing national food security. Under his leadership, WHH has launched various projects, including the Climate-Resilient Rice Production initiative, which seeks to support farmers and improve livelihoods in Liberia.
