Hubertus van Megen

Hubertus van Megen is a Dutch Roman Catholic Archbishop who serves as the Apostolic Nuncio to Kenya. Appointed to this diplomatic position by Pope Francis, he is responsible for representing the Holy See in Kenya and facilitating relations between the Vatican and the local church. His role involves not only diplomatic duties but also pastoral care, as he engages with various religious and community leaders throughout the country. Recently, he presided over a requiem mass for Pope Francis in Nairobi, attended by notable figures including former President Uhuru Kenyatta.
