Hugo Baptista

Hugo Baptista is the Director General of the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (Senad) in Paraguay, who recently came under scrutiny for possible connections to a narcotics operation that allowed suspected drug trafficker Ronaldo Mendes Nunes to evade capture. An internal investigation has been promised by Minister Jalil Rachid, following reports of potential leaks within the anti-drug unit.
