Hugues-Gastien Matsanga

Hugues-Gastien Matsanga is a seasoned communication specialist and corporate social responsibility expert with over 15 years of experience as a Rotarian. He has previously served as the president of the Rotary Club in Port-Gentil and currently holds the position of assistant governor for district 9150.
