Humberto Guzmán

Humberto Guzmán is the manager of Special Projects for the Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima (MML), responsible for overseeing significant infrastructure projects aimed at improving urban mobility in the city. He has played a key role in the development of the Las Torres bypass, a major construction project designed to alleviate traffic congestion in Lurigancho-Chosica.
