Humberto Jirón

Humberto Jirón is the Ambassador of Panama to Paraguay, having been involved in diplomatic relations between the two countries. He was recently in the news for accompanying President José Raúl Mulino during his visit to Asunción for the signing of the Mercosur-European Union Association Agreement.
