Humberto Lombana

Humberto Lombana is the president of the Asociación Gremio de Taxistas de Pasto, who has been actively involved in discussions regarding the recent increase in taxi fares in Pasto. He expressed dissatisfaction with the unilateral decision made by the city’s mayor, Nicolás Toro Muñoz, regarding the new fare structure, arguing that there was no genuine consultation with the taxi drivers' association despite multiple meetings held to negotiate the proposed rates. Lombana believes that the increases imposed could lead to financial difficulties for the taxi drivers in the region.
