Hung Chiu-yueh

Hung Chiu-yueh is a local oyster farmer in Fangyuan Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. He has expressed deep concerns regarding the offshore wind power project's impact on his oyster farming operations, noting that the construction of wind turbines has led to a delay in the maturation of oysters, which previously would be ready for harvest within one and a half years but have since taken at least three years.
