Hurriyah

Hurriyah is the Executive Director of the Political Studies Center (Puskapol) at the University of Indonesia. She is recognized for her insights into party politics and electoral systems in Indonesia, particularly focusing on the weaknesses of political party structures. Recently, she highlighted the importance of using the Constitutional Court's ruling on separating national and local elections as a catalyst for urgent reforms in both electoral and political party laws to ensure a more democratic electoral framework.
