Hyginus Ngele

Hyginus Ngele is the Director of Studies at the National Institute for Security Studies (NISS) in Nigeria. He was recently mentioned in a news report where he led a group of participants attending the Executive Intelligence Management Course, during which the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ola Olukoyede, addressed the pressing issue of organized foreign fraud syndicates establishing criminal cells in Nigeria.
