I Nyoman Cuak is a 25-year-old local resident who found employment at Dapoer Bali Moela, where he learned the art of distilling tuak into arak. Once unemployed, Cuak's experience at the restaurant has allowed him to develop valuable skills and contribute to the local economy while embracing the culinary traditions of his village.
