Ian Albert
Ian Albert was the King of Poland during the late 15th century and is known for his unsuccessful military campaign against the principality of Moldova led by Stephen the Great in 1497. His aggressive attempts to conquer Moldova were driven by personal animosity towards Stephen, and despite mobilizing a large army, he suffered a humiliating defeat at the Battle of Codrii Cosminului.
