Ian S Hughes is the Supervisor of Elections for Antigua and Barbuda, recognized for his extensive experience in electoral processes across the Caribbean. Recently, he was appointed as the Chief of Mission for the Caribbean Community's (CARICOM) observer mission for the upcoming Parliamentary Elections in Trinidad and Tobago, scheduled for April 28, 2025. In this role, Hughes will lead a team to observe the electoral process, engage with stakeholders, and assess the overall political environment during and after the elections.
