Ibob Arief

Ibob Arief, also known as Ibob Su Su, is a prominent Indonesian punk artist and activist born on March 22, 1975, in Gresik. He is a key figure in the punk community, known for his role in organizing cultural networks through the Serikat Kebudayaan Masyarakat Indonesia (SeBUMI), which supports local artists and promotes artistic resistance against oppression. As a musician, he is a member of the punk band Pandai Api, whose songs advocate for social justice and critique governmental injustices. Throughout his career, Ibob has dedicated himself to fostering community among artists and ensuring the voices of marginalized groups are heard.
