Ibok-Ete Ekwe Ibas is a retired Nigerian Navy Vice Admiral who served as the Chief of Naval Staff from 2015 to 2021. Born on September 27, 1960, in Nko, Cross River State, he has an extensive military education and training background, having attended various military courses both in Nigeria and abroad. His leadership experience in the Navy has positioned him as a key figure in Nigerian military operations.
