Ibon Muñoa

Ibon Muñoa was a municipal councilor for the ETA-affiliated party Herri Batasuna and played a critical role in the kidnapping of Miguel Ángel Blanco by providing logistical support and information to the terrorists. Following the exposure of his involvement, he was sentenced to prison for his actions.
