Ibrahim Huwaija

Ibrahim Huwaija is a former major general in the Syrian military, notably recognized for his role as the head of the air force intelligence branch. He has been implicated in significant human rights abuses during his tenure, including the controversial assassination of Lebanese politician Kamal Jumblatt in 1977. Recently, he was arrested by Syria's new government, which is actively pursuing individuals associated with the previous Assad regime.
