İbrahim Özcan

İbrahim Özcan was a young man from the Oltu district who, along with his brother Erdem, recently celebrated his wedding in June 2022. Tragically, he lost his life in a car accident on February 6, 2023, along with his brother and a family friend, leaving behind a grieving family.
