Ibraim

Ibraim is a 17-year-old college student from Alga, Kazakhstan, who became a victim of a brutal assault by a group of 16 teenagers in November 2024. Following the incident, he suffered severe injuries, including a traumatic brain injury and psychological distress, resulting in panic attacks and ongoing medical treatment. His mother, Utebika Kursaubaeva, has been vocal in seeking justice for him, as only two of the assailants faced legal repercussions, while the others remained unpunished.
