Idrissa Chaibou

Idrissa Chaibou is the Director General of the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP) in Niger. He has played a significant role in the recent agreements signed between Burkina Faso, Ghana, Mali, and Niger to coordinate frequencies and implement 'Free Roaming' initiatives, aimed at enhancing digital communication and cooperation across the Sahel region.
