Iftikhar Ahmed Sarohi

Admiral (Retd) Iftikhar Ahmed Sarohi was a distinguished officer in the Pakistan Navy, serving as the Chief of Naval Staff from 1986 to 1988 and later as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee from 1988 to 1991. He joined the Pakistan Navy in 1955 and played a significant role in both the 1965 and 1971 wars.
