Ignacia Ayala viuda de Rotela

Ignacia Ayala, also known as Chana, is a 60-year-old woman who was recently apprehended during Operation Caolín, a police operation targeting the Rotela clan's drug trafficking activities in Tobatí, Paraguay. She is the mother of the clan leader Armando Javier Rotela Ayala and is alleged to have facilitated the use of her residence for the storage and distribution of illegal substances.
