Ignacio Barreiro

Ignacio Barreiro is the head of the Monitoring Center and local coordinator of the Ojos en Alerta program in Florida, Uruguay. He recently gained attention for his role in a successful intervention where a young girl activated the alert system, preventing a potential femicide by allowing authorities to apprehend the suspect before any serious harm occurred.
