Ignacio Castillo Contreras was arrested in February 2025 for allegedly breaking into a home in West University Place, Texas, and was found in possession of stolen jewelry and a radio frequency jammer, linking him to a larger South American theft ring involved in a series of burglaries across the Houston area.
