Ignatas Kuzinas

Ignatas Kuzinas is a 42-year-old Russian man who has been accused of carrying out a terrorist act linked to the assassination of a high-ranking Russian military officer, General Jaroslav Moskalikas. Previously living in Ukraine, Kuzinas has been implicated in the explosion that killed Moskalikas in Balashikha, near Moscow, and is alleged to have received $18,000 from Ukrainian intelligence for his involvement. If found guilty, he faces life imprisonment.
