Igor Černoskutov

Igor Černoskutov is the main coordinator of the extreme right pro-government and anti-immigrant organization Russian Obschina in Yekaterinburg. He was recently in the news for struggling to answer basic historical questions during a citizenship exam for migrants, which raised concerns about the qualifications of those leading such organizations.
