Igor Kenyukh

Igor Kenyukh was the head of the temporary detention facility of the Minsk City Executive Committee during the August 2020 protests in Belarus. Witnesses have accused him of directly participating in the brutal treatment of detainees and attempting to manipulate medical personnel to prevent sympathetic treatment of prisoners. He previously worked in various positions within the law enforcement system in Minsk.
