Igor Kolb

Igor Kolb is a distinguished Russian ballet master, recognized for his artistic achievements and contributions to ballet. Born and educated in Belarus, Kolb spent 26 years with the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg before returning to his homeland. He was invited to serve as the chief ballet master of the opera theater in Minsk in 2022, during Elizaryev's tenure, but faced criticism after his recent ballet premiere 'Plyaski,' which was poorly received by the audience.
