Igor Uglik

Igor Uglik is a Belarusian activist who was involved in the initiative 'pismo.bel', a service designed to facilitate communication with prisoners. He was arrested in November 2023 alongside Alexander Lykshin on charges related to the initiative, which was later classified as an extremist group by the Belarusian KGB.
