Ihor Kostiukov

Ihor Kostiukov is a high-ranking official in the Russian military, currently serving as the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the Russian Federation. He has been involved in various military operations and intelligence activities, particularly concerning Ukraine. Recently, his leadership came into the spotlight following an assassination attempt on his deputy, Vladimir Alexeyev, which nearly derailed peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. The Kremlin swiftly accused Ukraine of attempting to destabilize the talks, although Kyiv denied any involvement.
