Ihor Telbizov

Ihor Telbizov is a former director of the banking security department at Ukreximbank, a state-owned bank in Ukraine. He was recently in the news due to the closure of a legal case regarding the attack on a journalistic crew from the 'Schemes' project, which took place in 2021, as the statute of limitations had expired for the charges against him.
