Ilan Cuperstein

Ilan Cuperstein is the coordinator of International Relations for the City of Rio de Janeiro, known for his work in promoting sustainable energy solutions. Recently, he announced that Rio will become the second city in Latin America to install a solar power plant on a decommissioned landfill, aiming to provide renewable energy to municipal schools at a reduced cost.
