Ilan Shachor

Dr. Ilan Shachor is a historian and researcher specializing in the history of Tel Aviv. For over 15 years, he has conducted tours focused on the legacy of iconic Israeli singer Arik Einstein, a figure he deeply admired. Shachor began these tours during Einstein's lifetime and continued them after his passing to honor and preserve the memory of the beloved artist. His dedication to this cause, however, has recently led to legal challenges from Einstein's family regarding the use of his likeness and music in these tours.
