Ilana Kadonoff

Ilana Kadonoff is the founder and co-CEO of Sweets from the Earth, a Toronto-based company specializing in plant-based, allergy-friendly baked goods. After transitioning from a career in healthcare to pastry school, she launched the business in 2002 to create vegan treats that cater to various dietary needs. Under her leadership, Sweets from the Earth has grown rapidly, achieving significant revenue increases and expanding its customer base, including orders from international markets.
