Ildar Ferdinandovič Ahmerov

Ildar Ferdinandovič Ahmerov, born in 1965 in Kazan, Russia, is a notable figure in the Russian Navy, having served in various capacities including as a commander of the anti-submarine ship unit of the Pacific Fleet. He graduated from the Pacific Higher Naval School and later the Kuznetsov Naval Academy, earning numerous military honors such as the Order of Merit for the Fatherland and the Order for Military Merit. Recently, he has been in the news due to unconfirmed reports of his death during a Ukrainian airstrike in Crimea.
