Ilhom Abdug‘afforov

Ilhom Abdug‘afforov is a notable figure in Uzbekistan's banking and finance sector, having served as the head of the Payment Systems and Information Technologies Department at the Central Bank. He was instrumental in the creation of the Humo payment system and currently holds the position of Deputy Minister of Transport.
