Ilia Kikilias

Ilia Kikilias is the General Director of the Institute of the Greek Tourism Enterprises (INSETE), where he focuses on developing strategies to enhance Greece's tourism infrastructure and competitiveness. Recently, he highlighted the urgent need for investment in public utilities and infrastructure to support the increasing tourist flow to popular destinations such as Mykonos and Patmos, which are currently struggling with inadequate waste management and water supply systems.
