Ilie Ceaușescu
Ilie Ceaușescu was a Romanian general and the brother of Nicolae Ceaușescu, the former Communist leader of Romania. He played a significant role during the December 1989 revolution, where he was involved in military operations against civilian demonstrators in Timișoara, which resulted in numerous casualties.
