Ilyosbek Umrzaqov

Ilyosbek Umrzaqov has been appointed as the hokim (governor) of Marhamat District, Andijan Region, Uzbekistan. Born in 1988 in the Khujabod District, he graduated from the Fergana branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies in 2011 and from the Tashkent Finance Institute in 2022. Prior to his new role, Umrzaqov served as the head of the information and analytical group of the Andijan regional administration.
