Imam Akbar Wahyu Nuryamto

Imam Akbar Wahyu Nuryamto is the Head of the Regulation Planning Division at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Indonesia. Recently, he was in the news due to concerns raised by KPK regarding the draft of the Criminal Procedure Code (RKUHAP), which KPK believes could undermine its independence and effectiveness in combating corruption.
