Iman Memarian

Iman Memarian is a wildlife veterinarian known for his expertise in the care and rehabilitation of endangered species. He played a pivotal role in the return of Hirmān, an Iranian lion, to its homeland after 80 years of absence. Following the sudden death of Hirmān at the age of 12, Memarian publicly challenged the official claim that aging was the sole cause of death, advocating for accountability and transparency in wildlife management practices in Iran.
